The ability to secure timely and appropriate assistance is critically important to people facing life-impacting legal problems. Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas (Legal Aid) provides quality basic civil legal services to low-income individuals and families who otherwise would not have meaningful access to our justice system. Your financial support of Legal Aid will assist those most in need of legal help: a veteran getting access to earned benefits; a mother and child finding safety from family violence, sexual assault, or child abuse, a senior citizen settling her affairs through a will or medical power of attorney; a community fighting hazardous materials in their neighborhood; and individuals seeking safe and affordable places to live.
