State of Texas Emergency Assistance Registry (STEAR)

This site provides information about a registry program for those who may need additional assistance in the event of an emergency, such as seniors or people with disabilities. Although registering provides local emergency responders with additional informatin on the needs of those in their community, it does not guarantee that specific services will be provided.
